History: Built in 1903, closed down after a failed attempt to revive the building in 1996. More info to come when I have the time to research.
Hazards: Medium, could fall through the wooden stairs leading up to the elevator houses or down an elevator shaft.
Condition: Fair but rapidly becoming poor.
